Yum! It's so much better than carnivore intestine.
Though I do like a little more specificity: "Vegetarian Ungulate Intestine" versus "Vegetarian Primate Intestine" makes a big difference in some recipes. Still, either way it's a huge improvement over something rank like cheetah intestine.
And I have to say, I really like typing intestine.

We call it Kishka. Vegetarian Kishka should be pretty easy to find as well.
