Grumpy!
If you see me and I'm grumpy, it's because I entered escrow on a house here in San Francisco. In the Central Richmond, near 20th and Geary. It's a great place, we're really stoked but there is a lot of work to do to get a mortgage. I've filled out several dozen forms so far. Things will probably let up next week after I'm approved.
Here are some pictures. Yes, that's a hot tub. No, I didn't figure I would ever live in a house with a hot tub.
I'm going to invite the entire internet over for a house-warming party! I hope it has an ID card so it can buy beer.

Congratulations!! I going through selling my out back in P-town and I can tell you it's a whole lot easier on selling a house then buying one, so far we've only had to sign the accept offer document.
Rob just bought a home too, so he's feeling the pain as well.

I tell ya tho... the paperwork you've signed so far? It's only a warmup. Wait until you actually close escrow. An inch thick stack of docs.
Really. It's rather frightening.
