Like the new format. *Much* less in your face and a pleasure to read. Looks like you're not the only one to choose the tempered look. Very nice! Especially like the quoted portion with the quote bg-image.
One thing is that it's not clear whether HTML is acceptable. (I'm posting anonymously since I don't *yet* have an account so that may be why) UPDATE: I was able to add HTML (hence the link) but it wouldn't accept any <br>, <br/> <br /> or <p> tags so we're all squished together...
BTW, I noticed a small glitch for the Sunday, February 15, 2004 entry. It doesn't have any break after the quotation and runs into the next portion...
Anonymous #1: I agree, I prefer that date style. It's now changed.
Anonymous #2: Thanks! I can't take credit for this template, it's one of the default templates we launched with the new version of Blogger. I've been itching to use it. And I'll make sure we clarify on the comment posting page whether HTML is allowed or not. (Regardless, we need to add some better layout tools)
Migrators to Apple's new operating systems talk about their experiences. Some of them come from Classic MacOS, some from Windows, and some from other Unixen.

Looking good! Would it be possible to change archive link texts to "January 2002" etc. instead of "01/01/2002 - 01/31/2002"?

As one of the contributors listed at the right, I would say: too hard to read. A bit more contrast in the text color, please.
